Hi James,

You are pretty close with your code here.

Don't forget for CSS the format you need is as follows:

selector {
  property: value;
}

Your code seems to be missing a selector, this is the bit take tells the css which element your at targeting to alter properties.

This is how the code for this challenge should look.

  h1 {  <!-- this is the h1 selector you was missing -->
    color: green;   <!--I think the question asked for the text to be green too not blue -->
  }
</style>
