13,253 PointsActually your problem is not the header, but <title> tag. I'm surprised that your code passed the 5th step. Anyway, you have an error in closing title tag, you have:
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>
<title/>
</head>
and it should be:
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>
</title>
</head>
