I tried different attempts of trying to crack this and my head is about to pop :/ I can't think of what I'm doing wrong or it is the lack of oxygen going to my brain to think.

231,198 PointsDon't forget the caution given at the start of the challenge: "Important: In each task of this code challenge, the code you write should be added to the code from the previous task.".
I see your task 2 code, but I don't see the function you must have written to pass task 1. Perhaps you replaced it instead of adding to it while working on task 2.
It might help to leave the two comment lines in the code, and add each task's function below the related comment.
