This is wrong #wrapper { margin: 0 center }
It needs to be #wrapper { margin: 0 auto }

The value "center" is not supported by the property "margin". when you have margins set to "auto" the contents shall be centered in its parent element.
Use:
wrapper {
margin: 0 auto; } This should do the trick! Note: you can replace the "0" value to any length based dimension of your choice.
