@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {
  h1 {
    font-size: 2.5em;
  }
}

I just noticed what is going on more so. You changed the original h1 font-size to "2.5em" when it should be "1.75em"

You need to add the font-size change into the media query itself. You have everything else right :) Just missing that little portion. Hope that helps.

is it like this? @media screen and(min-width: 480px){ h1{ font-size: 2.5em; } }

This is what you have, this is why the system is not reading the Media Query.

h1 {
  font-family:  sans-serif;
  font-size: 2.5em; /*<----- Change this back to 1.75em*/
  font-weight: normal;
}

Change it back to

h1 {
  font-family: Changa One, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em; /*<----- Like this */
  font-weight: normal;
}
