Startup Project - Facebook Groups Management - Please help

Greetings! I would like to found a startup company which develops marketing software. My first project would be a solution which helps people manage Facebook groups, and marketing or even non-profit, PR or private campaigns in facebook groups.

The basic idea is: you connect to your facebook account with this software, and you can manage the groups you are already in with that account. You can make certain categories out of these groups, and you can send message to those categories which will appear as posts in all of those groups included in that category.

For example: I have 200 groups, 30 of them are related to "Programming languages". I have some interesting information, or a marketing pitch which I would like to post in all of those groups, but instead of copy-pasting 30 times in these groups, I could use this new software which would organize those 30 groups into one category, and the post could be sent with it instantly, to all 30 groups in that category.

I am a junior developer and this would be both fun and a major reference for me at the same time. Not to mention that I could move with this concept forward and make a company out of it. I know people who could make a really good use out of this. If someone could help me with expertise I would really appriciate it.
