The Workspace repeatadly requests that I add the Img Src tags when I have already added them. Besides the Paragraph tags, what else am I missing?

If you check the task instructions carefully, it looks like they are telling you to add images to those list items WITHOUT links, but you have added them WITH links. Remove your surrounding anchor elements and you should be good to go.
