12,885 PointsHi Anubhav Chhabra,
You're very close!
You can write this a lot simpler:
public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
boolean actuallyHasTile = tiles.indexOf(tile) != -1;
return actuallyHasTile;
}
Even shorter:
public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
return tiles.indexOf(tile) != -1;
}
tiles.indexOf(tile) != -1
returns a boolean of true when it contains the tile and not true when it does not contain the tile, thats exactly what your method needs to return, so you can directly return the value of tiles.indexOf(tile) != -1
I hope this helped!
