is not the name of a method. The name of the remove method is simply remove
, and the at
part is an argument label that is used when passing in the index.
Like this:
var arrayOfInts = [0,1,2,3,4,5]
arrayOfInts.append(6)
arrayOfInts += [7]
let value = arrayOfInts[4]
let discardedValue = arrayOfInts.remove(at: 5)
