[SOLVED] This might help if you have problems installing Scrapy, using PyCharm.

I couldn't install Scrapy properly until I had installed 'Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017'. This is not a question. Just thought I would leave this here in case someone else, in the future, has problems installing Scrapy
