I wanted to practice a bit and upload a modified version of my workspace on my website and "accidentally" deleted all the files/folders in my server on cyberduck!! folders such as "access logs", "etc", "mail", "public_ftp".. now it says "URL not found" when I try to open my website :-( Any idea how I can undo this damage?

31,093 PointsWhen did you contact them? They may be on vacation! I heard from somebody that hostingforstudents isn't really reliable.

2,769 PointsSuzanne, I made the same mistake! Did you ever get it resolved? I opened a trouble ticket with Webhostingforstudents, but still no response (it just happened today, so I am still hopeful).

1,582 PointsHi Scott! I logged a ticket with them and they only got back to me after 3 weeks! I asked them to reset my whole profile, which they did and it worked.

2,769 PointsWell, I guess they aren't in a hurry! Thanks for the update!

1,582 PointsOh no! I contacted them more than 24hours ago. The website say they have a 4hour response time. I wonder if I can get my money back?
