[Solved] Help!

I wanted to practice a bit and upload a modified version of my workspace on my website and "accidentally" deleted all the files/folders in my server on cyberduck!! folders such as "access logs", "etc", "mail", "public_ftp".. now it says "URL not found" when I try to open my website :-( Any idea how I can undo this damage?

You may need to just contact your hosting provider.

When did you contact them? They may be on vacation! I heard from somebody that hostingforstudents isn't really reliable.

Suzanne, I made the same mistake! Did you ever get it resolved? I opened a trouble ticket with Webhostingforstudents, but still no response (it just happened today, so I am still hopeful).

Hi Scott! I logged a ticket with them and they only got back to me after 3 weeks! I asked them to reset my whole profile, which they did and it worked.

Well, I guess they aren't in a hurry! Thanks for the update!

I tried to recreate the folders in cyberduck, but I'm still getting this when trying to open my page:

Index of /

Apache/2.2.24 (Unix) mod_hive/3.6 mod_ssl/2.2.24 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_fcgid/2.3.6 Server at suzannereeve.com Port 80

I have asked webhostingforstudents.com to reset my account but no response :-(

Oh no! I contacted them more than 24hours ago. The website say they have a 4hour response time. I wonder if I can get my money back?
