*[SOLVED]* Frog doesn't move...

After inputting the code to make the frog move and switching to game mode, the frog still doesn't move. I've checked the code against what's in the video, but it looks the same. I did notice that I think the version of Unity used in the video uses a different text editor than the current version, which uses Microsoft Visual Studio.

Would that make a difference?

I deleted the playerMovement file, and started over from scratch and it works now, not sure if my file had gotten corrupted somehow, or why it wouldn't work before.

I wrote all the code correctly, i think. Can anyone see any mistakes?

using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine;

public class PlayerMovement : MonoBehaviour {

private Animator playerAnimator;
private float moveHorizontal;
private float moveVertical;
private Vector3 movement;

// Use this for initialization
void Start () {
    playerAnimator = GetComponent<Animator> ();
}
// Update is called once per frame
void Update () {
    moveHorizontal = Input.GetAxisRaw ("Horizontal");
    moveVertical = Input.GetAxisRaw ("Vertical ");

    movement = new Vector3 (moveHorizontal, 0.0f, moveVertical);
}

void FixedUpdate () {
    if (movement != Vector3.zero) {
        playerAnimator.SetFloat ("Speed", 3f);
    } else {
        playerAnimator.SetFloat ("Speed", 0f);
    }
}

}
