whay do you mean by that a tag or what?

The p element is going to have a border of 4 pixels thick around it since you didn't specify the border type it will be solid cause that is default. Also the text color of "My amazing website" will be in red.

you only colored your text red. If you want to color the border you need to write this in the css:

border: 4px solid red;
