Treehouse StaffHi Uchenna,
We're sorry to hear of any troubles. We don't seem to be seeing any issues on our end at the moment. We may suggest trying a different network or a VPN to rule out any connection issues.
Also, if you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, please switch to Chrome or Firefox. If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, please open a new window in Incognito Mode (Chrome) or Privacy Mode (Firefox) and try playing a video. This'll disable any 3rd party plugins you have installed within your browser. If the video playback improves, then it means you have a plugin installed that is interfering with video playback on our site- likely one that has to do with HTML5. As an example, students will sometimes find that if they have a pop-up blocker plugin installed, this can cause this to happen.
We hope this helps!
Best, Kara
