Slack RTM API Course - Issue with Files

I cloned the https://github.com/slackapi/python-rtmbot structure and got something similar to what Kenneth Love shows in the video, but I am missing various things. Most importantly, I don't have a file called rtmbot.py. Where does this file come from?

Could it be a generated file?

I haven't worked with the Slack API myself, but just a guess — if a required file is not included in the distribution might it be something that is generated by a configuration process?

Yes, I assume it is. I just can't figure out what!
