sketch pad?

Hi I would like to ask you about the brushes Did you use any kind Sketch pad? I trying to sketch this Astronaut but wi mouse I can get proper shapes like circles etc.

He probably was using a drawing tablet, because he had one connected to his computer.

I use from time to time bamboo wacom drawing tablet pen & touch I`ve got it from eBay. Have a look at Von Glitschka "Vector Basic Training" to build vectors mouse is enough.
