28,149 PointsSketch for windows doesn't exist, and according the the creators, never will exist. There are a whole bunch of small vector based drawing tools that I'm sure I don't know about. The two that I do know for windows that are probably closes are Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.

10,703 PointsVMware with this guide here from http://www.sysprobs.com/mac-windows-featured-post you can essentially run mac on your windows operating system and install sketch on the IOS via Virtual Environment. Its will kinda be like running sketch on windows. :D Also VMware is awesome if you want to run a custom network of servers. There is VirtualBox as well that will work. Not sure if it will be able to run iOS as well, but its worth a try. The better the machine you have the more you can do. Hope that helps
