8,384 PointsHi , in Java nextInt(int number) method takes only one parameter, that parameter is the higher number of your condition, so in your case it should be:
Random randomGenerator = new Random();
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(9); // You will get numbers from 0 to 8
If you want get numbers from 1 to 9 :
Random randomGenerator = new Random();
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(9)+1;
