I am not sure why ul would not be used in this selector. When I deleted it and just wrote .contact-info {} it said I got it right--but if that's the case why is the questions referring to an "unordered list"? Thanks!

The question does refer to the unordered list; however, more specifically, it refers to the unordered list with the class of .contact-info
. So, in this example, you are selecting the class and not the tag.
