In Java we use the syntax String ( With an uppercase S ) to denote a String declaration as Ajay has said already, In Java we also have a variable naming convention (Not mandatory or anything but advised) where if we name a variable something we two words the second word has an Uppercase first letter.
Example:
String myName = "Manish";

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Could you explain in a little more detail?
The code you've posted above is for the first part of the challenge; the only things wrong with it are that "string" should be "String" (as that's what the data type is called in Java), and "firstname" should be "firstName":
String firstName="manish";
Hope this helps,
Ajay
