Shifting from front end development to data science

Are it is worth to shifting from front end development to data science , especially when I'm in the middle of the track.

Switching before finishing your current track might be worthwhile if you have a pressing time deadline or budget restriction, or you just decided you don't care to learn about FE development at all. Otherwise, you might consider taking both tracks.

From what I can see, it's not possible to take both tracks, at least not at the same time. Is there a way to do this now?

I understood the question to be about switching mid-track or finishing the current one first.

But you can't be on two tracks at once, but you*could* switch back and forth anytime you like (though it could be confusing if you do it often!).
