Shift + , doesnt work on a mac. Maybe an instructor want to tell the mac users to use

1,740 PointsThomas, In the video linked to this question, the instructor never says use shift +.
He does say that to get the less than < and greater than > symbol you press shift-comma or shift-period.
This is the same on windows or mac.

Courses Plus Student 4,246 PointsThomas Bak-Pedersen, he is not saying to use "shift" "+" ",". Shift + some key is the same thing as saying "hold down the shift key and press some key." So, Shift + , becomes "hold down the shift key and press comma."
