Setting paragraph color and color combinations

How do you set the paragraph color and also how do you know what color to get using the hexigon decimals?

You must set the paragraph color in a rule apart from body. You need to fix the body and then declare a rule for p:

body {
  color: #2124;
}
p {
  color: #000;
}

In Hex, the #000 is the black color. You can see some color in hex value here
