Setting a default constructor problem in Java

Doing some test review and I am stumped on this question: Help write code to control the traffic signals in Georgia. You must create a traffic signal class with three hidden attributes (green, yellow, and red), two constructors (a default that sets all lights to on and an overloaded that sets only green to on for testing purposes).

so far I have: static void class MyTraffic { MyTraffic = greenLight = MyTraffic (); MyTraffic = yellowLight = MyTraffic (); MyTraffic = redLight = MyTraffic (); } MyTraffic () { MyTraffic = greenLight; \test only greenlight on }

MyTraffic (greenLight, yellowLight, redLight)

I am not sure how to state the overloaded one and if I am formatting right at all :(
