HTML How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Add Fonts

Set the size of your H1 to 1.75em and the weight to normal.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this correctly.

I noticed that you have the same two properties in your html on the line after your font-family declaration. Try removing the two properties from there and see if it works.

So one of the problems is here:

<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css">
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>
font-family: 'Changa one', sans-serif;
font-size: 1.75em;
font-weight: normal;

So one of the problems is here you didn't finished the open link tag >

<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css">
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>

The Font Family, size and weight should only be added in the main.css file in the h1 selector. The only thing that you add in your html inside the <head></head> tags is the font link that you copied from google fonts in this case this "<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css>"

So it should look like this:

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color: #32673f;
}

  h1 {
font-family: 'Open Sans',  sans-serif;
font-size: 1.75em;
font-weight: normal;
}

Hello Mishaela,

I can see that you are trying to use a font from Google. However, your link is incorrect. It should be like this (see below)

<link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

Also you should specify the fonts in your CSS or internally wrap them in a style tag within your HTML (see below). You have also specified a different font from that set in your link?

<style>
   font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;
</style>

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Thank you everyone for all of the help

I really appreciate it
