My solution seems to make sense. What am I missing?

231,271 PointsMarkup is case-sensitive. You wrote "#Portfolio" (with capital "P") instead of "#portfolio" (little "p").
In actual practice, since you changed the other tag to match it would work, but the challenge is expecting you to modify only the link and only looking at the change made there.
For best results with the challenges, only change what the instructions ask for and nothing else.
