Set the color of first and second level not working??

The code challenge says: Set the color of first and second level headlines to white using a hexadecimal value.

So here is my CSS:

h1, h2 {
    color: fff;
}

I feel like I am missing something super obvious, or I don't understand the question. Any suggestions?
