See my code. Why isn't my loop working?

Example.java
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response;
boolean isInvalidword;
do {
    response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
    isInvalidword = (response.equalsIgnoreCase("No")
    if (isInvalidword) { console.printf("Please try again");
}

                   }    while(isInvalidword);

There are two issues on this line:

    isInvalidword = (response.equalsIgnoreCase("No")
  • there is a stray, unmatched open parenthesis after the equal sign
  • the statement is missing a semicolon at the end
