Does anyone have any advice or resources on how to scope websites? I want something comprehensive to help me make sure all aspects of the clients requirements have been met in the design before the build stage. This is a fundamental aspect of web design but I can't find much help on the subject.
Thanks!
Ollie

8,275 Pointsi think we need to use new methodologies like agile development and not something like waterfall where all specs are scoped at the start.
With agile you can still do some overall specs but in real life, clients (especially if not tech savy) will expect you to change things on a whim so you need to be able to change specific project design/code quickly without impacting the rest of the project.
I am not an expert in Agile because there are some questions that I do not get.
