Running into error message for map even though it is built the same way a previous map that is running as valid.

the first map, $breakpoints, was saved and validated. The $themes map is running into an error on the console that reads error scss/utilities/_variables.scss (Line 42: Invalid CSS after "$themes": expected selector or at-rule, was ": (")
