Revise and Rehash on past knowledge thats warn...

Revise and Rehash of the starting stages of building a website like the first episode? because ive been practicing what i know from stage 3 on "html5" (onwards is available) but the index page on a website is not configuring on my workspace, instead i get a different homepage linking me to the index. i need to revise on past knowledge so i dont have to write to many of these along the way to yous, i f i knew how to back track i wouldnt have a problem revising i just new to this and have not really had much experience before the with page elements so accessing on past knowledge thats warn is vital for me to give all my efforts on this reason. I need to go back to the starting stages and revise what i have learnt because i think i am missing something on how do i do this, i feel like a noob.

Tracks - Web Design (If you want to go back to where all the tracks are, just click on the: <- tracks at the top left corner) - click on a track (How to make a website), click on the name not the Icon/image - pop-up will appear, just click on review track - now you'll see all the titles you went through (Videos Tracks) with the Badge icons/image next to the name - just click on the track or the drop-down (Show (number of steps) steps) to see the steps you went through the track to earn the badge (or complete the track) - now you can just click on any track/step you want to watch again ^^
