Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Try and Except

return float(add) don't see what I am doing wrong

does float(add) need a "." ?

Hey spiderman,

You need to add float to your arguments within your function. So:

#def add(x, y):
 #   return x + y

def add(x, y):
    return float(x) + float(y)
