Repost: it keeps saying cannot find symbol and illegal start of type, but i cant find the problem

the issue is with the final line of code, thanks in advance

Example.java 
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String questionAsString = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
String response = questionAsString;
do {
  response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
  boolean isInvalidWord = (response.equalsIgnoreCase("No"));
  if   (isInvalidWord) {
    console.printf("That word is invalid. Please try again.    \n\n");
  }
} while(isInvalidWord);

Hello, you don't have to create the questionString variable. You simply have to test the response variable. If the answer is anything other than 'no' than you can break the loop by setting the boolean variable to false. 

String response = "";
boolean tester = true;
do{
response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
  if (response != "No"){
        tester = false;
  }

} while (tester);

console.printf("Because you said %s, you passed the test", response);
