Let say, I am using a similar device; 2 iphones which running same OS, and connected to a same network, and browsing a same website. Will the IP address of both phones will be the same?

No, they will not. Part of the TCP/IP protocol is the expectation that each device connected to a network will have a different address.
Think of the IP address like a postal address. You might have two identical houses, located in the same city, perhaps even on the same street. But without a different address the postal service will not know where to deliver the mail, right?
Similarly when the internet hardware (routers) need to discuss with each other where a particular piece of information is going to or coming from, they need to know a unique address. Loss of communication and errors result from IP Conflicts if more than one device on a network has the same IP address.
This is a pretty high level overview of the subject as there is much more going on both in terms of hardware and software in an attempt to ensure that IP addresses are, and remain, unique, but I hope it helps.
