Rendering Error

i am continuously getting this rendering error and where i switch to text view and i cant see device because error pops up and says rendering error. Neither like in the video, my screen doesn't show TextView in the design window. i tried more than 20 times but same rendering error.

I've been getting that too after updating the SDK recently. Above the preview there are a bunch of drop-downs. There's one on the right with an Android logo and a number (probably 22). Click it and change it down to 21 and it should work fine.

yes i am getting this error after updating. it was at 20 and i change it to 19 and it worked like a charm. but i saw 1 more thing. When i change the orientation to landscape the text field is below image but it works fine on my moto g 2. i am really confused with this rendering thing. Anyway thanks. :)
