9,010 PointsIn RelativeLayout you are trying to set the background color twice. That won't work.
And in the first call...
android:background="@android:color/#fff092b0."
should be...
android:background="#fff092b0"
...or...
android:background="@color/some_color"
...with...
<color name="some_color">#fff092b0</color>
...in your colors.xml file.
Notice also you have a period at the end of the hex code. That won't help you either.
