Refund needed

I had a yearly membership, now as my membership ended i was charged for another year though i do not wish to continue. I have already sent a mail to the support team. Should i cancel my account? I will get a refund right? Can any one please help me on this?

You did the right thing writing to support.

The forum is a great place to get help from other students, but may not be the most expedient (or even certain) way to contact the staff.

But also remember that Treehouse office hours are Monday - Thursday.

TELL HIM, BE HONEST, THIS SITE DOESN'T REFUND. EVER. He was a customer for a year, you don't care, you are not gonna give him back, nope. Tell him that.

Why would you say this? Have you had a billing problem that was not resolved? And did you contact support directly about it?
