RefreshControl above custom tableView, not behind.

Also i have a problem in a custom tableView, i made myself a refresh control, which was introduced in weather app course. Made everything same as it was in course. Works fine.

Only thing i want to change is the position of refreshControl indicator. I want to to appear above the tableView, so you can pull it down from above. Right now it slowly appears from behind of tableView. I want to change that and i don't know how :S

Please help.
