29,567 PointsTry adding another '\' to your regular expression, like this:
public String[] getWords(){
String[] string = mBody.split("\\s+");
return string;
}

7,619 PointsI tried adding it but im still getting the error message
This is what i have
public String[] getWords(){ return mBody.split("\s+");
} }

29,567 PointsIt looks like you still do not have the double backslash before your "s" in your getWords() method.

29,567 PointsThis code passed the challenge:
public String[] getWords(){
String[] string = mBody.split("\\s+");
return string;
}

29,567 PointsIf this doesn't work you might exit the challenge and come back or just reset the code then paste this code in; you might have inadvertently made a change somewhere else and is preventing you from completing it.

28,694 PointsThe challenge mentions the need to use \ to escape. If you're unfamiliar with this, the \ is often used as part of an escape sequence in strings. As such, a literal \ is often representing in a string as \.
