Is there a way to find out the correct answer to a quiz question you get wrong without retaking the quiz over and over until you get it right?

Unfortunately no there is no way, you can "Review Video" which should lead you to the right answer but there is no hard and fast explanation of what you did wrong.

If it is a major issue you could perhaps suggest to the team that they look at a solution to this.
