8,243 PointsQuestion Regarding The CSS Classes
Out of curiosity, were the CSS classes used in this course made specifically for this project? I'm asking because when we commented normalize_css and refreshed the page, with the intention of making the section look more like in the mockup, it looked just like it, and we didn't need to modify anything.
So if I'm making my own site, and I'm using normalize and foundation.css, should I modify the files or create a new css file in order to make it look the way I want it to?

28,149 PointsWhen using 3rd part libraries like normalize or foundation, you should never edit, modify, or override the 3rd party file. You should always create a new file to override or modify the 3rd party file. This way, when you update the 3rd party library, all your changes aren't lost.

8,243 PointsI though so. Still not sure how he managed to style the text without changing or adding any css files.

28,149 PointsBecause he had errors in the functions.php file, so when it didn't look so hot, that was because the foundation css file wasn't actually working. When he fixed the errors are refreshed, the browser now had the css from the foundations file, and everything was fixed.
