Question about if you want to make another account to do this again.

If I ever wanted to make a account how would I do that exactly?Do I have to click on Cancel Subscription and it stops my plan?What would I have to do next?

You can just pause your account. Your profile would still exist, as would all of your progress. I think you can also cancel your account entirely but then you'd need to talk to support to see if they can restore your progress. Either way the former seems like a good option if for some reason you'll be going on a break.
