I cant figure out the answer to 2 questions in this chapter what does 00000000000111 mean? and what does 0000000001000 mean? if someone could tell me the answer and explain it to me that would be great.

2^0 = 1 (number furthest to the right) 2^1 = 2 (2nd from the right) 2^2 = 4 (3rd from the right) 2^3 = 8 (4th from the right) 2^4 = 16 (5th from the right) 2^5 = 32 (6th from the right)
0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 -> 0 0 0 0 0 4+2+1 = 7
0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 -> 0 0 0 0 8 0 0 0 = 8
