I'm right now thinking to make a skill that helps me and reminds me to close the lights or the air conditioner. But do i need to learn specialized language so i make the skill or i can make the skill by the API'S?.

231,184 PointsThere are two different code parts involved in creating a new skill, the interaction model and the skill service. I believe what you are referring to when you say "by the API'S" is actually the interaction model, which primarily just defines how to interpret the utterances that will be used to make requests.
The "business" part would be the skill service, which would be implemented with a programming language.
But reminders are a standard Alexa skill, you don't need a custom one to do that.
