Python if statement error exercise

I'm tryng to do the exercise for if statement with

this is the code that i write as solution but i reciev error

membership.py 
store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 12
if time in store_hours:
    store_open = True
else:
    store_open = False

Comment out the line time = 12. The challenge grader needs to be able to set the value for testing.
