Hello. My code seems correct. It says store_open is not False, what is wrong?
store_open = None store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18] if time in store_hours: store_open = "True" else: store_open = "False"

store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]

No worries you are very very close.
The issue is that you are defining "store_open" as a string "True", "False". True and False are not strings, they are boolean values.
See in this example. No "" around True and False. The test just sees if the value is True. By setting it to "True", you are saying its a String value of True. Which the test reads as false.
store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
if time in store_hours:
store_open = True
else:
store_open = False
