Python Basics challenge task 3 of 3. I have run the code on console in workspaces and it works ok

Hi, I have run my code on console in workspaces and it works great. However on the question it gives me an error about task 1. Your kind assistance is appreciated.

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}."
display_menu = ", ".joint(sundaes)
menu.format(display_menu)

menu = "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(display_menu)

I think the reason it isn't working for you in this case is that while menu will print out correctly the variable hasn't been changed, so the task isn't evaluating menu as correct.

You have a typo ('joint' instead of 'join'):

display_menu = ", ".joint(sundaes)

Should be:

display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)
