Project files didn't work

In "Structure the Image Gallery", the project files won't extract and it shows nothing to be in the file. What do you think could be the trouble here? (I'm using windows 8)

Can confirm that this is true. I just tried it and the zip file was empty.

I would suggest checking out https://teamtreehouse.com/support and tell them about the problem.

Update! This issue has been fixed. You should now be able to download the project files and open them without issue. You should also be able to download your files from Workspaces without issue.

Hm, that's strange. I just tried downloading the project files for that particular video and they extracted just fine. Just to confirm, is this the link that you used? http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/HowToMakeAWebsite/HowToMakeAWebsite-Stage3-Video2.zip

This is the link that's connected to the "Project Files" for the video "Structure the Image Gallery".

The zip file is coming up empty both when I click on your link and when I view the page and click on the download link from there :/

Thanks for confirming that for me, I appreciate it. Are you by chance using a Windows computer as well? We're trying to diagnose the issue.

I'm going to test this on a Windows 8 machine as soon as I can. The project files are definitely there, but if they're not showing up for you, then there's something wrong. Don't worry, we'll absolutely make sure it gets fixed. Thank you for being patient with us. :)

Hi James,

Thanks for sending those screenshots to support. I just took a look at them and passed them along to our developers. I'm getting the same result on my Windows PC as well. I suspect it's an issue with the way that Workspaces saves zip files currently. For now (until we get a fix in place) you can click on the Workspaces button next to any of the videos to see the code for that particular video. I'll update this forum post when we have more information.

Sorry about that! Workspaces is still a new tool, so we appreciate you being patient with us while we iron out some of these initial launch issues.
