problems with chrome?

Hi,

When I make websites I preview in the chrome-tool-thingie to see how it looks in phones, tablets etc., and normal it looks almost the same as when I "minimize" (cant remember the word), but now when I do the same thing it looks a lot different - the objects gets stretched A LOT more in the chrome-tool than when I preview in the minimized browser-window :-/

Any ideas why?

The only thing that has changed on my computer is that I upgraded to window10 (which I regret), but not sure if that's why I have this problem?
