Problems trying to open the files of the application?

I downloaded and unzipped the folder. Then I tried to create a new project using the existing ressources, and selected the s3v1 from project, but it doesn't look like the one's Chris have. And I can't even run the application (the run icon is not green). What can I do? I have a windows computer.
